Since opening in February of 2000, Cuba Libre featured “Pan Latin” cuisine and emerged as one of Dallas’ most popular destinations for dining and socializing among young professionals. Cuba Libre offered a truly unique blend of innovative cuisine, vibrant decor and hip-casual attitude. The restaurant closed in 2010. Alma, a Mexican restaurant, renovated the space, occupied it for a year and closed in 2011. Lemon Bar came in and had a go at it for about a year. Mesero Miguel took over the space and in November 2014 was renamed Mesero.
